Great day filming Luis Troyano from last year's Bake Off.  He made an exquisite rose and fruit tart to help promote Currys / PC World's baking range.

SRA Awards 2015

We spent a fantastic day at the Sustainable Restaurant Association awards ceremony celebrating sustainability in the UK restaurant sector.  Highlight of the event was Raymond Blanc presenting Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall with a special 'Sustainability Hero' award!
